APPLICATION FOR NATIONAL CO-ORDINATORS AND REGIONAL CO-ORDINATORS IN THE GRP INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE.

Globally we initially intend to have 5 continental structures. Each of these structures will be allocated to a member who have proven themselves worthy of the position of Director (non-executive) during the phase leading up to the international launch in and around August / September of 2019.

At the top of each participating country will be The National Co-ordinator. The appointments of the leaders in these positions will be done by the Directors to whom the countries have been allocated to.

Reporting: Regular reports will be given by the National Co-ordinator to the Director of the continental region. The Directors will compile the country reports for the CEP with whom they will liase directly.

Task of the National Co-ordinator:

To conduct routine check on their Provincial / Regional Coordinators and co-ordinate meetings,
Monitor the registration progress out of the Provinces / Regions
Produce country reports
Co-ordinate zoom Conferences
See that the distribution of GRP newsletters and Flyers be applied in the areas / regions of their countries
Co-ordinate, as far possible, the inclusion of big companies and franchise groups into the GRP.
To co-ordinate National GRP events

Requied Skills needed for the National Co-ordinators:

Decision making skills - someone who can define the problem and make decision
Delegation skills - Someone who can think like an entrepreneur & create more merchants network at different levels.
Leadership Skills - Someone who is able to Communicate well, Coaching , Directing others, Building relationships.
Influence - Someone who is able to influence various level of leadership to pursue GRP Vision to become a success.
Able to at least secured and successfully registered more than 50 GRP personals into their teams and be the agent of at least 10 merchants.

The same application form will be filled in by both the National Co-ordinators and Regional Co-ordinators.

Send your completed application form to the email address provided below the picture of the Director in whose jurisdiction you will resort.

Leaders in Language Grouping

The GRP is also in search of members who will assist with leadership in the following languages. We now do have Director Thierry Ocho leading the French speaking group from several countries. We wait applications for members to help with the following languages. Should any member wish to get involved with their own language which is NOT on the list below, then know that we will welcome your help.

The leaders you identify for us from another country will be under your personal code. As a leaders they will develop their countries and you will benefit from there. We take this very seriously and ask each and every member to help identifying leaders for the countries below the Directors. As leaders are interviewed and appointed, this page will be updated to show the names and contact details of the National Co-ordinators.
